In order to make your child’s first visit as stress free as possible, we recommend that you visit our facility ahead of time. This provides your child the opportunity to see how fun Chicken Soup can be (and you can fill out all the necessary paperwork). Then, when you need to use Chicken Soup all you have to do is call for an appointment.
